  17. I have made a few copies of the MacApp 2.0 Class and Method Reference, paper
  18. version.  This document contains the information included in the HyperCard
  19. stacks, or the 411 files (shipped on E.T.O. #1).

  21. These 500 pages couldn’t be sold through APDA for any less than $100 with full
  22. packaging, which seemed way out of bounds, so I made some copies; no color
  23. cover, no tabs, etc..  If you HAVE to have one, send me a link.  If you work
  24. with others who also need it, send one request and make copies at your site.

  26. If I get too many requests, I’ll have to cancel this offer, and go back to APDA
  27. and make it available there.
